Waverton Quality Meats is the local boutique butcher in Waverton, and has been existance for over 30 years.

Owned and run by Mark, the shop strives to supply local shoppers with a convenient location to buy all their meat, with the highest quality products.

Waverton Quality Meats makes all of its sausages on the premise, ensuring amazing lean gourmet sausages in a variety of flavours. Regularly available lines include:

  • Lamb and Rosemary
  • Tomato and Basil (Beef)
  • Redwine and Pepper (Beef, Mild)
  • Old English Pork
  • Gourmet Chicken
  • Tasty Thin and Thick

Lamb shoulder, Pork rack, Pork Belly, Seasoned Chicken roasts; New York Steak, Lamb chump chops, T-Bone Steak, Chicken Legs, Pork Chops, Veal, and diced meat.

A small variety of fish in limited quantities is also available, coming in fresh daily. Boneless Salmon is the most commonly stocked, with other varieties such as boneless, skinless Flathead fillets or Barramundi sometimes available. If you have a special request just ask, as special orders can be placed, but may need to be a minimum amount and require a deposit.

Fish is ordered in limited stock to be sold daily, so we recommend ordering in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our chicken is specially sourced to ensure it is always amazing, and is chemical free, free roaming, hormone free, steroid free, and antibiotic free.

We stock a variety of grass fed beef lines, come in and ask what is available.

During Christmas we take orders for Hams (whole, halves and sliced off the bone) Turkeys (whole, rolled, stuffed) and all your normal favourites, such as Pork Roasts and much much more.
